"Last night, my family and friends were in a bind with a group of 10. No reservation.... Rich and his team saw the need and we candidly were lucky to have an opportunity to sit down and have dinner. It was amazing as always. The focaccia with their 'hot ' olive oil is absolutely incredible. Service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend for any occasion. We are lucky to have Forno Rosso in the west loop and feel like part of their restaurant every time we come. Thanks guys!"

"I went in tonight around 7:30pm and I was dining by myself. The host sat me but no one came to the table ever to take my drink order and I waited like 20mins. I finally had to go up to the register from my table to order there. I was debating getting it to go because I seemed like an invisible guest. The food came out but then no one came to check on me once and I didn’t have any water and no one asked if I needed anything.
