"The restaurant includes a service charge on your bill, but this is not mentioned on the menus. For a party of two, they added this charge and still expected tips on top of that. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, she explained that they are legally allowed to add this charge to the bill without listing it on the menu. It's disappointing to witness these tactics aimed at taking advantage of customers."
