"We were there for Valentine’s Day our reservation was from 8:15pm. The food is good is not something to die for, but it was good. The people were really kind and helpful but everything finish there. I think our server forgot about us.. we were waiting forever for every single meal it doesn’t matter what was it.. we got our appetizers before our bread with butter. When I ask for the bread he was like “Ohh you never got it?” Like he is not our server.. he supposed to know.. 30 min After us, two more couples came.They got their meals before us.. When we order our steaks I order mine Medium, my boyfriend order his Medium-Well after 45 min waiting for our steaks My boyfriend got his Rare and we switched them because he can’t eat rare meat and on the top of everything they were ice cold.. Our server took them again to preheat them and it took us 10 more min of waiting.. After two and half hours of our reservation time we just got our main meal and we order our desserts for take out because we knew that will take forever.. I order for myself cheesecake with berries and when I opened the box at home I was really disappointed my cheesecake was exactly like someone just trow it in this box .. everything was messy.. Overall not worth it the money even if the food is good not worth it to wait 3 and maybe more hours for one dinner.."

"1st impression from the outside: Front door had wood instead of glass- could be from vandalism. We couldn?t tell if it was open due to lack of vehicles in the parking lot. Neon sign said open so we chanced it. Passed by a needle on the way in? maybe do a pressure wash of the premise, would be more enticing. Inside was clean, spacious with pop classics playing in the background. There are different areas of the restaurant bar/dining. You can easily host a meeting or party here. 1 restroom was out of order. I never use public bathroom because that is one of my phobias but you can tell a lot from a restaurant if the lavatory is disgusting. So in I went. This place is clean ?. 2- Greeted promptly by a young man named German who proceeded to make small talk about the weather. He served us refreshments enthusiastically and let us mull over the selections. No pressure. ? 3-Hubby ordered the 16oz prime rib, rare. You could choose a side, he vied for red potatoes, soup of the day was chicken noodle. I?m a cranberry sauce kinda girl and i believe Thanksgiving should be year round , so I ordered the turkey plate. Yes I will judge you so hard if you give me those fake slices instead of carving. But anyway, I got the salad. Both came with a roll and butter-it didn?t say so on the menu so I was happy for the added carb. ?? so good so far. 4-Big portions. The prime rib came with a dipping sauce and horseradish. I like meat with a little fat on it so I give it a thumbs up. Maybe the restaurant could have added a little corner of broccoli so I wouldn?t feel bad about this choice for the hubby ? because look I still need him to be healthy lol. My turkey plate was mixed feelings. It was beautiful. Hidden stuffing under the protein a surprise and cranberry sauce- I asked for extra , i asked for my plate to drown in gravy.. Our server, German, understood the assaignment. Thumbs up. The taste.. hmmm..It was subtle, Not salty. But that is why condiment?s are readily available on the table. The veggies were cooked well. It wasn?t mushy nor previously frozen. ? I didn?t die from it and most likely will be back because It wasn?t sloppy nor briny. 5- The bill came. $75 for 2 people. But remember it came with soup of the day or the fresh salad and a roll. I?m from Hawaii so this is some date money. But it was Wednesday afternoon and they had prime rib sooo I?m not mad. 6- The star of the experience of dining here was the host/waiter, German. He offered us a nice conversation. He was attentive in refilling our drinks. He seemed sincere in asking if the food was passable and checked on us often. He took away finished sides. He offered us boxes to take home food and jokingly said there would be compensation if we finished all of it as if there was a game or prize at the establishment in doing so. He offered the dessert menu. This kid did everything right. Hopefully this establishment keeps him. Good job. I would bring"

"I was here in 2016 and was so impressed with the waiters, from seating me, to refilling the waters, to serving the dinner! They followed all the proper protocols. But when I came again this last Wednesday Dec. 27, 2023, I was very sad to see the quality of proper serving go downhill. There was tons of reaching over people's plates, spilling or splattering the water, servers arm right across my face, etc. Not to mention, we had to fan down our female waitress to order desert as she never came to ask! Then she seemed annoyed by the desert we ordered the flaming chocolate lovers ice cream. She was pretty unprofessional also, the way she conducted herself. Not very professional for the kind of restaurant. Maybe an olive garden, but not this quality of a restaurant. Their menu has significantly changed, and their prices have doubled! Would have been nice had they updated their online menu! Even the old cocktail drinks were no longer available! But of course, I found others to try. I just expected more professional service for a bill of almost $400.00 . When I was here in 2016, it was a fantastic experience but this time, 2023, it was mediocre. I got the Delmonico escargot, my adult son got the beef wellington escargot, and my youngest got the crab cakes. We got 5 drinks and 1 desert. Please update your online menus and improve your table service. Edit reservations were under my name on the date I noted in review. Menu's were not updated the day of our reservations as I had screenshoted them to remember what I wanted to order. The gentleman I spoke to even acknowledged the menu was not updated as I was looking for a specific drink too! (Sorry can't figure out how to respond to owners reply)."
