"The food here is hit or miss. Inconsistent portion sizes, flavor, and quality. It takes them forever to complete a simple order. This time, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but it actually took 45. The lighting in the restaurant is bright fluorescent — better suited for an office or store than a restaurant. These guys should just shut this restaurant, let Pon Proem take the north end Thai business and allow a new and better restaurant to take the space.
