"Ive ordered from here before, and I was very happy with the food so my friend and I ordered a spicy soy chicken sandwich, nacho fries, a smash burger, and k-fries. We threw out most of the food. First of all, his burger arrived cold. That is strange since the other orders were warm. He said that the sauce was so strong he could not even taste the pickle. The soy chicken was so salty that I am still trying to eliminate the saltiness in my mouth. Thats only after one bite. The nacho fries only had American cheese melted on them. How is that nacho fries? The k- fries were just as disappointing. It was soggy and rubbery. We would have had a better experience ordering from Mcdonalds. I have had good experiences with this place before, and I understand sometimes eateries can have off days; however, there is nothing more infuriating than getting something far below expectations."
