"After trying different places in NYC at the recommendations of friends, I found Pad Thai as a tasteful and tasty Four Seasons Thai back in NJ, and it is not in a big city but in Flagstaff, AZ. But for the same price I paid on the east coast, the portions here at Pato are more generous (think cheesecake factory) and have some unique twists. They garnish the pad Thai with crispy shredded carrot and red cabbage. The spicy fried rice has basil in it and is both delicious and decent spicy. Have to try again their other dishes!"
