"we want to eat at the buffalo wild wings for my friends sister birthday. When we arrived there, there was a 45-60 minute waiting when we left at 7:00. we put our name on the text waiting list. they never wrote us back when our table was finished. we went 90 minutes later at exactly 8:30 a.m. they said they have to stop accepting customers. they had more than they kept the table empty. they just want to show us and say that we eat in any other restaurant. we spoke the manager and did not get a table for birthday. very, very annoyed about the service they provided. every time I go, there's always a problem, but that's the worst problem still. no wonder why I never go here and I will probably never go back after this experience."

"Update: it's been a few years since my original review. They've mostly dealt with their staffing problems. The biggest change is the extreme prevalence of Instacart shoppers who are universally polite but very busy. That's a tough job! It's a Wegmans, which means the center store (nonperishables) are inexpensive and the prepared food is ridiculous. But it's small and crowded and hard to navigate and they're more likely to be out of items or have the occasional rude staff member Jan any other Wegmans I've visited. This night be the worst Wegmans...which doesn't make it bad, just doesn't mean it's exceptional."

"I had a terrible experience ordering from HORROR restaurant through UberEats. It was a complete disappointment and not worth the cost. I would rate it 0/10 and do not recommend it. The wings were stale and cold, the wing sauce was disgusting, the mac and cheese was watery, and the sweet potato fries were stale and cold. Some of the fries were even soggy and the soda cans were warm. It was a complete letdown. I fell for the false advertising and hope the owners realize the quality of their food. "I ordered a black bean burger that was so hard I was unable to bite into it...I was not only disappointed in the quality of the burger and what I was being charged being I buy a for so this wasn't a great quality patty... I felt it was very disrespectful to be sent out to the table in that way. I don't eat meat and just started dining out again with my family since the pandemic.
