"Ordered pickup on the app and when I arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time to pick it up, nothing was even prepared or started to be prepared. I had to wait 15 minutes until it was made and to complete it, I ordered a large and received a regular size. No excuses were made. Very bad service! Update I received an email apology from the owner. Apparently there is a problem with their online ordering system. Increased rating on 4 stars now."
