"Hubby and I went around 6 or 630 or so in the evening. A chair was already pulled out for my motorized wheelchair. The waiter was very nice and friendly. We maybe reminded him once about my water but no biggie at all! He suggested a better pancake deal to save money. I had all you could eat pancakes but couldn't go past the first set. He refilled our coffee without asking! Hubby had the split decision. The coffee and pancakes are always so delicious at Ihop. Love them! Great service. Will choose this location in Amarillo over the other. The other is too small for my chair. We left a good tip, as best we could, but it was 2 cents shy of the 17%."

"I have been craving pancakes lately, so I decided to satisfy my craving at IHOP. I ordered the World-Famous Pancake Combo with over medium eggs, turkey sausage, and hash browns. The food arrived hot and was packaged nicely in IHOP's signature to-go packaging. I really appreciated how everything was separated and packaged to prevent anything from getting crushed. The pancakes were fluffy and had a generous amount of chocolate chips. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the sausages were juicy and flavorful. IHOP never disappoints, and my craving, as well as my hunger, has been satisfied."

"Ok listen I love all I-Hops and I honestly don't have a favorite location. You might have a good or bad experience sometime. I walked into 1 of I-Hops worst nightmares. I don't recommend going to an I-Hop on a weekend after 12am. I'm just being honest. Workers were sort staff. Food was great. But the environment wasn't clean and what I mean by that they only had two waitresses and probably 2 cooks. I'm not knocking them because they were under staff. I understand they had to deal with alot of drunk customers. Yikes. But at the end of the day you have to keep your tables clean and attend to your customers. I can only imagine what the staff goes through during the night that's why I gave it a 5 star. Everyone has their bad days sometime. It's not the end of the world. I wouldn't mind helping you girls clean the tables. 02/27/2022"

"The New Classic Chicken Sandwich was tasty but the grilled chicken was tiny. It was cut in half diagonally for a better presentation or to hide that it was 25% of a typical piece of chicken? On the plus side, the pancakes were big, fluffy and delicious."

"Had a great experience this morning. Our server, I think her name was Rara, she was everywhere and very friendly to boot. The service was fast, polite and the food was one of the best I saw. Visual, temperature-wise, and the taste was great. Believe it or not, it basically looked like the pictures on the menu (guest is vegetarian so that I tipped the bacon to my plate! . From top to bottom, everyone made good or the experience could not have been so complete."

"The restaurant was clean and had friendly staff. Helena, our server, was excellent - she was positive, great with kids, and provided good service. The only downside was that they were out of French toast, which we only found out after sitting down. However, the food was still good, especially the mushroom spinach omelet. It would be helpful if they had a sign on the door indicating what items were unavailable."

"This is my local IHOP. Staff is always friendly to myself and my 5 year old. The food is good and comes out in a timely manner. Like all locations and breakfast spots, this place is busy on the weekends, but here I've never waited longer than 20 minutes for a table of 5."
