"The rudest staff! Went with my family of 4 sat, used the restroom then reviewed the menu and all items wereover $25, out of my budget. Apologized to the waitress who then became irate yelling that we came only to use the bathroom and we were never allowed back. We were shocked at her behavior. We should have known better when the restaurant was empty. Avoid at all costs!!"

"Buca di Beppo is one of our “go to” restaurants when we’re in Las Vegas. The food is amazing and the portions are Family Style. Service by Vero “Veronica” and team was awesome. The decor and ambiance is nostalgic, fun and very casual. The old time holiday Christmas lights on the walls just tie it all together. We’ll definitely be back."

"Absolutely amazing. Sarah, Bill a d ziggy(ismael) cook were the best. It was a nice rainy day in Chandler, so we decided to close the kitchen in our house, and have buca di beppo for lunch. Everything was so fresh and delicious, the meatballs and chicken parmigiana were the best I had for years. Absolutely amazing thanks buca."

"This place is getting very old and it shows everywhere for the facilities, to the menu, to the service, to the prices. This was a very overpriced dining experience. Drinks each, entrees near each, only choice of a side of spaghetti with the chicken parmigiana was a small order. Server was sweet and tried her best but the service was crazy slow and that was far beyond the extreme patience we afforded considering the overall COVID situation. Very doubtful we will return."

"Very nice ambiance. I really loved how clean their bathroom is. The food came out extra hot and tasty. Our waiter was very attentive. All things considered it was a good time. The only thing I hated is that I couldnt get my bday free dessert bc u cannot combine coupons. Bdays are special so any coupon should be able to work with it."

"Food was good. Service could have been a bit better. We were celebrating and ordered two bottles of Prosecco. They were brought to the table and left unopened by our server. Is that typical? She never checked on us again after we got our food. We were there for lunch on a Saturday. The broccoli was a bit too spicy for some in our group but envy thing else was good."

"Buca di Beppo. I am not sure why this company is slowly dying out. Our location has excellent food and great atmosphere. Our kids love it. They are great for small to large family gatherings and we have used them to cater work too. Honestly, almost every dish I have had is here is really good. Similar flavor profile to Maggiano's and more affordable. We do a lot of take out. If yo have not tried them you should."

"Brother’s Pizza is fabulous! We came here by coincident, but returned the next evening, because the food was so good. We had Pasta and Pizza (a medium pizza serves two) as well as garlic bread. Everything was super delicious and the service very nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the size of the dishes. Very busy place with lots of local customers, but still very fast service. Highly recommend it."

"I been ordering for years, it was good. I called to get delivery at the hospital . I usually have a set food on mind but today i wanted something different. The guy who help me didn't even answer my question i ask how much it was what i wanted to order and basically declined putting the order cause he said it sounded it wasn't a big enough order. I didn't get a chance to say what i wanted, i just ask a price on a food that i never had order before. He couldn't even give me price, when he said he they couldn't deliver. I told him i will order more just give me the price on this item but he didn't. Seriously put me on hold 3 time during that call. Aside this, i like enzoz .. I get delivery every weekly or monthly for7 years . But wow the one time i wanted something different and more of what they have they do this."

"I just want to let you know, tonight was not our first time that the waiter was disrespectful to us. He was talking Turkish and he has green eyes and middle aged. I ordered two pizzas and I told him please bring our pizza and one empty box at the same time. Because I wanted to put some in the box for my son and eat the rest in their place. He brought our pizzas in the box and he didn’t bring a empty box. And when I told him to bring our check he said I am sorry now I am busy. With a really bad tone. He was talking to his Turkish customers very politely but with us he had a bad tone and was rude to us. You can’t choose to be good with someone that you just like. you are waiter you should be good with all your customers. This was not the first time this person has acted this way we have visited before and he has been like this to us before too. I am really sorry for the owner."

"In Vegas for a wedding so a group got together a day early. They must have gotten new chefs as we have been there 2 other times on every level this one was head and shoulders above our prior experiences food was outstanding, service was attentive and quick, staff was all very pleasant even the Sangria was soooo much better than last time. "Went for Lunch, didn't know where the restaurant seating was until we asked a worker at the entrance who told us it was further inside (kitchen is up in front entrance). We were the only diners for lunch today, not busy at all. Our server was helpful nice. Clean restaurant. Same atmosphere as the rest of the Buca De Bepo's I have been too."
