"UPDATE BC of OWNER Reply (7/2/2022): PS... After this answer you have confirmed that my experience was on site. I praised the entire staff, but an individual. And instead of your employees, the GREAT, the amount of fun me and my party, you defend a little inconvenience I felt. Please do better. S/o to the individuals I met; Kelman, Passion, Diana, the (Caucasian) bartender down, and the Asian woman with the tight tattoos!!! You're crazy! Lemme knows if you all work a better employer, for we are going to get tips only for yall. End of update ___________________________ I would like to take this opportunity to praise the staff of Iron Monkey! We were a group of 4 and came Saturday night at 7p and sat on the roof. We were greeted by the bartender downstairs and Kelmen. Kelmen was very pleased that we know the kind of crowd that comes. I'm in the 30s, so I didn't want to be with young college kids when you get my drift lol. We sat and were greeted by Passion. A very nice young lady who just started the job. She was very pleasant and what we most appreciate is that she did not use new as clutch, and BS her way through questions, but was very honest and smiled through all our questions and delivered great service. Diana was another pleasant sole that supported Passion when she trained and was able to give more insights than we asked about drinks/food. The three were AMAZING! However, I had a complaint from what I saw and even forwarded to the servers before we left. The big black woman, Krystal, has not recognized our table at all. Not even a smile. I saw that she spoke to all the others to make sure that other (white) cartridges were all right, but she didn't come by at all. Wait, I lied, she came to the end once to tell us we're from Martini's glasses, are you gonna be okay with that? (because we ordered all Manhattans) . You just cleaned our table to say NO MARTINI GLASSES... Now I don't want to play the racing card, but I'll call it what I see. We were recognized by all there, even the Asian woman, with the short hair and the most detailed tattoos we have ever seen. A simple, everything is fine as long as customers spend money in your facility. Two black women came in, and she put them down and immediately said we will need a credit card before you order. We were there at least 3 hours, just took back drinks, and not even asked ANYONE for a credit card that sat. So idk she seemed to be the oldest employee, maybe a refreshment on smiles and customer service could be needed. Let me mention the food we had, I had the Asian dumplings (WHICH WERE BOMB! imma order 2 next time"

"A symphony of flavors graced my palate as I dined at this culinary haven, where the evolution of food is palpable and the consistency and quality reign supreme. Each dish was an ode to the artistry of the chef, a delectable journey through textures and tastes. The Bruschetta Calabrese sang to my senses with its flawlessly buttery toast providing the stage for a dazzling performance of diced tomatoes, aromatic garlic, and fresh basil. A celebration of simplicity, this dish showcased the true essence of Italian cuisine. The Penne alla Vodka was nothing short of a masterpiece. Tender pasta, cooked to the zenith of perfection, swathed in a velvety, savory sauce that whispered of pure, unadulterated indulgence. Each mouthful was a dance of flavors, as the luscious sauce entwined itself around the perfectly al dente penne. The pièce de résistance, the Denis Savard #18 (spicy chicken parmigiana), captivated my senses and held them captive. An impressive, succulent chicken breast, encased in a golden, crisp exterior, gave way to a juicy, tender core. Blanketed by a cascade of stringy, delectable mozzarella, perfectly melted to an enchanting consistency, this dish was a veritable feast for the senses. The marinara sauce, a riot of bold flavors, boasted robust chunks of tomato, fragrant garlic, verdant basil, and a playful spicy undertone that teased my taste buds. This restaurant has time and time again surpassed my expectations, delivering dishes that are crafted with the utmost care and never hurried. Dining here is akin to attending a concert of flavors, a gastronomic experience that leaves me utterly spellbound"
