"Disappointing. First, and if this was the only thing I would rate the Revolution Hall roof deck more highly but, and I cannot stress this enough, I hate scanning a QR code to get a copy of the menu and ordering via my phone. I venture out for the human experience, even if it is safely socially distanced and masked. But in addition to the off putting technological interface, the service was almost nonexistent and the warmth was on par with that of the QR code. When it arrived, the food was average and overpriced. However, the view almost makes up for everything else. Sadly, poor customer service can make even a great view seem less spectacular."
