"I have ate at this location many times, and it is always excellent. I ate there today but I was not satisfied. The Pho smelled off/different maybe due to the poor looking round steak in my pho and was not nearly as tasty as it has been in the last three years. I also got a Boba tea and it was very chunky with large chunks of ice. Normally, the quality is very good. I don't know if this location has changed management or if the people working there aren't as attentive this does not apply to my waiter who was very attentive as they used to be but I was definitely let down. Hopefully it was a fluke."
