"We love Mediterra generally but were a little disappointed yesterday. We go there for paella and asked them to cook it long enough to develop the crust (socarrat), The menu says to allow 30 minutes for the paella so we ordered appetizers and drinks and told them to cook it as long as it needed to get the socarrat. The paella came out in about 15 minutes no socarrat. Disappointing..."
