"Spectacular food. We have dined at La Goulue in PB since its arrival. Always has been very good to excellent. But this time the meal was truly outstanding. My wife had one of the evening specials a fantastic mushroom risotto that was rich and tasty. I had the “usual” salmon which was anything but usual — great eating, with its fresh string beans and marvelous sauce. It will be a challenge to do better on our next visit"

"Visited on 11/10. Stephano is amazing. He gave us phenomenal service. What he actually did not know is that it was a very special night for us and we had reservations across the street; however, we were not fans of the atmosphere and left. He was so attentive and oustanding. My partner does not speak much English and Stephano even spoke in Spanish for us. Thanks to him, this was the best restaurant experience I may have ever had. I already shared it on facebook. The steak was cooked exactly to my liking. My partner loved his snails and salad. We even got an excellent dessert. It was cold outside and they had heaters and were very attentive. Prices were reasonable. Beautiful place and outside seating was lovely. Highly recommend and ensure Stephano is your server!"

"Outstanding as usual! My husband and I both had the Dover Sole beautifully prepared and served alongside yummy fingerling potatoes, paired with the wonderful French white burgundy! Dessert was a delicious apple tarte tatin and incredible macaroons. As an added treat we were served a glass of champagne for a lovely Holiday treat. Thanks to all who own and serve here best bistro outside of Paris."
