"I'm so glad we stopped by. The food was delicious and even though they are short staffed (like every restaurant in the country), the waiter was quick, helpful and efficient... he didn't miss a beat. I can understand how other reviews would see service as being rushed, but we just asked him to come back. It could be because of the shortage, it could be because they are trying to be efficient or, it could be partly cultural. We had the tan tan Ramen with ground pork, which was amazing. The crispy buns were perfect and even my son's rice bowl (with all his changes) was beautiful. My husband loved his seafood Ramen. Great job!"
