"I am sad to write this negative review. when it opened a few years ago, anchor heights was one of the prospective adult restaurants that you could go to enjoy a quiet, qualitatiw high quality Italian meal inwood. we expected the same last night when we arrived for our 6:15PM reservation; but if we were on this hot evening (90 grad) 1) there was no air conditioning; 2) the music was strong loud; and 3) we sat near diners with loud, squirming children. in short, the adult ambiente was gone. it seems that the owners have decided to follow the practices of other Inwood restaurants, atlas. Why is this a problem? now, when they try to enjoy a $26 sea bass entrée (which they are very well preparing), then you should have the possibility to do this within a reasonable ambient environment, so instead of leaving us the unobtrusive restaurant. if they don't mind eating qualitatiw high quality Italian food in yet another loud inwood setting, then they feel free, patron anchor heights. my wife and I will, however, precede this doubtful experience. I'm sorry anchor heights. only no longer the place for us. If we want another Italian restaurant, we go to the arthur avenue."
