"The food was good, but the service was incredibly poor. The staff seemed to have difficulty understanding English. Our soup was carelessly plopped down on the table, and one of us received their main course at the same time as the starter. After waiting 40 minutes, I had to ask where our main dishes were. Adding a 10% service charge for such poor service feels unacceptable. It was also very cold inside; my partner had to keep her coat on. We ordered two coffees and one tea, but ended up with three coffees, and due to the language barrier, we couldn't correct the order. Overall, this experience was disappointing."
