"Went down to Bethesda to meet up with an out-of-town friend who came into DC this week for work. Chose Bacchus mainly due to its reviews, and we were all glad. We sat out in the patio area to enjoy a breezy spring evening. Ordered a few drinks like grapefruit mule and Mediterranean blue. Delicious. Not much alcohol so enjoyed the sweetness. We had a feast with shawarma with chicken, kofta, salmon and salad. The bread and oil were both great. Great meal. Great service. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the dust on the plates and cups. Because the table settings were already on the table in the patio, there was a visible amount of dust/street dust on the dinnerwares. I had to wipe off the plates before placing my bread on it."
