"Slow, slow, slow...there is nothing fast about the food you receive here. One time I was stuck in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes before my order was taken. Most of the drive thru folks are pleasant, but have no sense of urgency. They also often get my order wrong, no mayo means no mayo not extra mayo. Their salads are yummy and they have good cookies as well. I guess it depends on the day. I've learned to lower my expectations and only go here only when I am not in a hurry."
