"Went lunchtime on a Monday. Took 20 minutes before anyone talked to us after being seated. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than taking orders. After all that time, we tried to order clams, but were told they didn't have any, so we had to spend even more time deciding what to order instead. Then 15 minutes later the waitress comes back and tells us they are sold out of the crab cakes. Pelican's Nest without crab or clams. I understand that there are supply issues, but they couldn't tell us before we were seated? The staff was apologetic, but seemed disorganized, like there was no one managing them. They probably only work for tips and only put the effort in when someone looks like they're going to get drinks. The food came and was only okay. Expected better for the prices. The view, however is perfect. I think you might get better service in the evenings or weekends."
