"I went with a friend from Thailand. As everyone says, the space is nice. The food was good, but nothing so memorable that I would have to go back. We ordered off the regular menu and the server made a point about how to order a few from the first courses, 2 from the mains, etc. My friend and I both agreed that the first courses were more interesting and we were going to order a few from there and then just one main. When we gave the server our order, I said we'll start with this and order more if we need to thinking that seemed like quite a bit. But she told us, we ask that you put in your entire order from the start and based on our choices we should order another main and she really pushed for us to order a curry since our main was not a curry. I get that it keeps the guests moving through so the next reservation can start on time. But honestly, I've never heard a server say that. And it came across a little pushy pretentious. Needless to say, we ended up having to pack up half our food. I point this out because i read other reviews where diners were encouraged to order more than they needed. And this place is pricey so you don't really want to order more than you need to. It was our first time here though, so we listened to the server, but I should have known better. And I also know my way around a Thai menu I really didn't need to have the curry if I didn't want to so it's on me. That said, don't ask the server if they think you've ordered enough just go with your instincts. I typically find that the servers are helpful not so much in this case., and I do regret spending a small fortune because we WAY over ordered. I get that this is not typical cheap thai I know when something is worth paying up for. The food was good but not enough to warrant the price. Will not be returning."
