"Service was HORRIBLE. I walk in, say hello. The man who's EATING in the back sees me and ignores me. I say hello again about 5 minutes later after he finished eating, he finally comes to me and I tell him I'm here for pick up. He says give me one second. I'm assuming he's just making me drink and everything else is ready. NO. I accidentally ordered iced coffee, I explain in exchange for the correct order which was the same price. He says too bad. THEN GOES TO ACTUALLY FIX MY ORDER WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY. I made my order at 2pm, wasn't ready til 2:45. This man didn't hand me my food til 3:15 and guess what my rice IS ICE COLD. WTF AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ACT ENTITLED LIKE I OWE YOU SOMETHING? IM PAYING YOU IDIOT. NO SURPRISE I DIDNT TIP YOU DONT DESERVE IT. please don't waste your time and money here."
