"I ordered from Door Dash about 5 hours before the restaurant closed. They estimated a 45-55 minute delivery time, but the food arrived 90 minutes later. The meal had a thin layer of rice at the bottom, so thin that I could see the tin foil through the grains of rice. The delivery driver had to wait over 20 minutes at the restaurant for the food to be prepared, which was already 30 minutes past the time I placed my order."
