"The waitress was inattentive and even acknowledged her neglect, apologizing for forgetting about us repeatedly. We spent an hour and a half at the restaurant, during which our water glasses were only refilled once, leaving one glass empty for 20 minutes. After finishing our dinner and requesting the check, we waited 45 minutes to receive it. Nobody in the restaurant seemed familiar with OpenTable. While the service was disappointing, the food was quite good."
