"The waitress was quick to take my order and process my payment, but after that, she didn't check in with me at all. I ended up waiting a long time just to ask for a to-go box for the crab puffs. After other diners left, she disappeared into the lounge, leaving me as the only customer in the dining area.
On a positive note, the egg flower soup and crab puffs were excellent. However, I ordered pork egg foo young to take home for my husband and was disappointed to find it overcooked and tasting off. After waiting in vain for the waitress to return, I decided to pack up the remaining crab puffs with the egg foo young and leave.
Overall, I really miss the previous management; they were much friendlier and more attentive. I don’t plan to return to this restaurant and will go back to Jade Green Palace instead, which I have also visited for years. The food there is better, slightly more expensive, but worth it, and the owner is wonderful."
