"We would like to commend he management for the great food and atmosphere at Rosita 's. That alone is not sufficient to bring us back to any given place. A good waiter/waitress can make or break a visit. We can 't say enough about the superior service we continually receive from Kate and Nick. In a day when most people can 't even spell the words 'customer service, ' not to mention exercise it, these two champions stand out on a regular basis. They are customer service personified.
