"Incredibly poor customer service and loyalty I went back to the store yesterday to return a quart of ice cream that was freezer burned. Had an extremely poor interaction with the cashier — who seemed to think I was trying to take advantage somehow. I have lived on the block for nearly 8 years now, and have literally purchased HUNDREDS of Häagen-Dazs ice cream from your store — and sometimes YOU were the cashier. "Chicken Over Rice was not good at all. The chicken tasted a little old. I currently have a stomach ache. Chicken Club has a spoiled tangy flavor. Steak Fries was a little gray and was completely stale!!! I feel disrespected and violated!"

"Stopped by here on Saturday while walking around and got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It took 10 minutes to prepare which seemed like a very long time for a bagel... despite that it was delicious. Stayed very clean(best kind-when it doesn't fall apart) and was able to eat it while walking. It was very good would go back. Also it's small in the bagel shop which absurdly made it less hectic in a way."
