Next time, I'm looking forward to trying the 'leche de tigre' style. The steaks were cooked to perfection and came topped with huitlacoche butter, which is the Mexican equivalent of truffle butter. For dessert, the dulce de leche pudding was delicious—just the right amount of sweetness, topped with whipped cream and a crispy sprinkle."
