"The staff here deserves all the stars in the world. They were extremely under staffed while also trying to train the new staff. While you could see they were overwhelmed, they never let that affect the customers in front of them. They were slammed with incoming customers, but were honest with each one and set the right expectation on wait times as they came in. Edwin and Wesley had top notch customer service and handled everything with grace, humor and personality. All the kudos! I have not eaten at Ruby Tuesday in probably more than a decade but we were in town for a conference and it sounded like a good option. Being vegetarian, I was happy to see how many options there were from the plant-based Awesome burger to the sides and the ever famous salad bar. I opted into the salad bar and also a Mango Margarita. Salad Bar was good (though I would recommend a spoon for the eggs vs the tongs for easier scooping and way less mess. I loved how fresh everything was and that I could make it my own. I should have skipped the Mango Margarita because the syrup/puree used is way too sweet. A regular one probably would've been better. My party also got the Mozzarella sticks and a regular burger with fries. None of us were disappointed in the food. Great atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great spot for a family dinner or quick meal if you're in town for an event."

"I had a solid experience here. Eating was good (only needed a touch of salt and pepper), the server was probably the most friendly server I ever had, and the restaurant itself was clean. If you like their competitors (a red bird), but their loud environment does not like, this is the place for you. Even if you just want to eat a good bite for a reasonable price, this is a great place."

"No plates for the salad bar and upon asking the host I was informed That 's not my job waited and still nothing. Shouldn 't be that difficult to obtain a stack of plates. Had it removed from check. Food arrived lukewarm and was told no baked potatoes but not before setting food down. Lenoir is limited for choice but this establishment is at the bottom of the heap in quality and service."

"Can't get a salad bar anywhere in the area. So glad they have kept it. And the options available are great!! So much to choose from and it's always being restocked and rotated. If you don't see something you want.. just ask.. but I doubt you will have a problem. The chicken and shrimp pasta is amazing. Nice friendly staff.. wait time varies on time and day.. but we get in before the dinner rush on weekends and get out just as the lines are forming. "We were excited to see a salad bar again! We come for the salad! This location however wasnt the best. Our waiter was stressed and we could see they were understaffed...part of why I didnt give a lower score. I understand businesses are struggling for help. We were patient waiting for service. We all got salad bar and some an entree. The salad bar was out of a lot of items and it did not look attended to. Even in understanding, it was frustrating as that was my meal. The entress came out 27 mins later. The tater tops were awesome and food was hot. They were running a special 2 for $24 and add endless salad and drink on for $5. That seemed a good deal! We didnt see our waiter again till end of meal. We received the bill and found we had been charged $5.99 for salad and $2.89 for drink that was to be $5 as printed on special menu. We advised the waiter who stated we were wrong as he tried to tell us it was only on another special. Frustrated we pointed it out to him, and to his surprise we were right. So we paid the bill and ledt only 15% for his tip. Watch your tabs here!"

"Well the last straw was the nasty piece of long hair I pulled out of my mouth making the entire experience awful… but to start the we received our appetizers at the table but no plates.. then the plates came out dirty like totally unwashed plates! The staff was dirty and looked short handed which every place is. Then to top it all off, I couldn’t get a cocktail to go even though it is legal under House Bill 669 in Ohio… I really could have used a drink after the hair or at least dessert but that was not offered!"

"The food is good. Had the ribs, shrimps, chicken combs with frits and herb. I have never tasted such Bland Coleslaw, it was like shredded cabbage soaking in water. The rest was delicious. Plus I like That they serve Coke Zero! The music was everywhere. Everything from the 1980s to modern. They sat in the bar area. When we wanted to leave, we had to show one of the employees to get their attention."

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Our server was outstanding and assisted my wife and me with our selections. I tried the triple combo platter, which included ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders with fries. My wife enjoyed the chicken dish she ordered. We also both enjoyed the salad bar, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. The portion sizes were generous - I was only able to finish my ribs and had enough leftovers for another one or two meals. Overall, a great dining spot!"

"I recently visited a clean restaurant with well-maintained bathrooms and a relatively low number of customers. Due to the pandemic, there was no salad bar available, but our drinks arrived promptly. We ordered burgers and a salad, but unfortunately, my wife found a piece of clear hard plastic in her garden salad. The manager quickly addressed the issue by providing us with a credit for her meal. The staff was apologetic and attentive for the rest of our visit. The burgers were cooked to perfection and delicious. Despite the mishap, I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future."

"I was here a few times. But was very disappointed during this trip. was a late lunch. For the endless salad bar. I was disappointed there because there were no meat and cheese as usual. Were meat and cheese taken off the salad bar? Apparently the only customer was in the store. Server never filled my water when it went deep. Also, age had to wait for the check. Between check and check. It was 13 minutes waiting. Anyway, it would have been better. UPDATE: Although they come out and exchange takes place. This industry in question still has come out to me(I was told they would go! . I think the industry in question is not at all dependent on reaching the customer, or perhaps we are simply not important enough to get them out. For what it's worth. It's not even an extremely busy branch. So I don't know what's going on until they get out. Therefore, the Google rating was changed to 1 star. DEFINITELY NIE come back to every Ruby Tuesday!"

"I usually don't write reviews of chain restaurants, but I had such a good experience here, I wanted to share it. I rarely eat at this end of the city as it is a lot out of the way from my usual activities in Lincoln. If I have the opportunity to eat at the northern end of the city, I almost always go to the nearby cracker barrel, as it is one of my favorite restaurants and the only one in the city. On this occasion my family visited an event north of Lincoln and was in the area in the evening. Cracker Barrel doesn't serve alcohol, so I decided to give this restaurant an attempt since I knew she did. All I can say is WOW! I'm glad I came."

"My family and was on Thursday, 30. June inaugurated. I and my friend and my three kids got in. The food was great. It was hot and we came in time. Also, it is not easy to wait for families with wild children and our server Adrian went beyond and beyond for us. She was very patient with the children and made an excellent job all around. "I wasn't in Ruby Tuesday a year, but I'm so glad I was tonight! The food was fresh, the salad bar was a great addition to the food, and the ambience was fantastic. Maddie was amazing and took the time to know our family. The manager even came by and made a special point to say how we made their night through our laughing and interactions with the staff. We will definitely be back and I encourage everyone to see Maddie... she's AWESOME!"

"I have not been to Ruby Tuesday’s in a while. I enjoyed taking my granddaughter there for a date night. The salad bar is large with a wide variety. I did find it needing a bit of tidying up. But still had everything available to us. The entrées were well proportioned, hot, and very good. "I met a friend for lunch. We both ordered the $5 Lunch special and added the salad bar. The salad bar was very good. This location offered a very clean and well stocked salad bar. Our entree was the Bourbon bacon burger with tater tots. I couldn't eat all of my entree. The burger was cooked as requested, served hot and delicious. Our server was pleasant and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and conversation for my lunch meal. I will certainly be returning to this location again in the near future."
