"I ordered my usual dish, the 2 jackfruit vegan crabcake with fritten coleslaw. However, when the waitress brought it to me, I received the barbeque jackfruit/fruit pork sandwich instead, which was completely different. It took two people to finally get my correct order. My friend ordered the crabcake sandwich with fries and enjoyed her meal while I waited for my correct order. It seemed like the waitress may have been new, as there was a lot of confusion during our dining experience."

"Had an truly enjoyable evening! Drinks were perfect, food exceptional and the service was on point. Interior was spruced up from former Viva, amazing how different floor coverings can warm up and make the restaurant more cozy and so much quieter. "The French Onion Soup had a great flavor but paid $11 for a tiny cup. The Side Garlic Mash Potatoes portion was large. Enough for 3 people to share. However, there was zero flavor. It was bland. Thankfully, it was delivered, so we added butter, garlic and spices and reheated it. The chips that came with the Secret Sauce Burger had zero salt on them. The only item that had a great flavor was the French Onion Soup but that portion was too small for the price."

"my daughter and are out of town and decided to eat in this restaurant after I read the reviews. it is as amazing as the reviews say. I ate the filet and my daughter has the jambalaya, it was so delicious that we'll come back when we're back in town. we had the best waiter (edward,) who was really on the service and knew his menu. the chef is also amazing. "Our wedding reception for 100 at the newly renovated Amarillo Club was sheer perfection. The buffet was beautifully presented and the food was delicious. Everything we asked for was executed exactly as we discussed. Our coordinator, Tarah, spent time helping us from beginning to end with decisions about food and table placement and all of the details. The quote she gave us came in pretty much right at the number we expected, The waitstaff was professional, attentive and gracious. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of, and so we were able to thoroughly enjoy our guests on our very special day."

"I will not waste another dollar at this establishment. The food is beyond bland. Plus, some of staff needs to be coached on customer service, especially if you’re looking for a tip. I ordered my food ahead of time through Uber Eats just be told by some lazy staff member calling names and handing out coffee and food that I need to get in line and talk to the cashier about my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I already ordered. Luckily I have my own commercial-grade espresso machine at home so I don’t need to waste my money and time here again. However, it was a little convenient to use this place as a back up when I run out of whole milk or beans. Not anymore though. I’ll roll over to Harris Teether to grab milk and source my coffee beans elsewhere."
