"We like to go to P.F. Chang’s for the nice atmosphere and great service. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are well trained. "This PF Changs location does not honor reservations via OpenTable. When we arrived, they said we’d have to wait another 30-35 minutes for a table when our reservation via OpenTable was at 1:30PM. They said we could sit at the bar if we wanted to be serviced quicker instead of waiting, which is ridiculous considering we had a reservation. This location should be removed from OpenTable since they do not honor reservations."

"After doing some research, I found several vegan options at this restaurant that do not contain any dairy, meat, or eggs. These items include Thai harvest curry, stir-fried eggplant, Buddha's feast, ma po tofu, wok-seared spinach, and vegetarian lettuce wraps. I tried the Buddha's Feast, which is a dish of steamed vegetables on rice. However, I found it to be quite bland with no seasoning, which some may appreciate but others may find lacking in flavor. "Everything we ordered was excellent. The Satay skewers were so tasteful on their own, but they came with pickled vegetables and a peanut sauce that I could practically drink. The chicken was slightly chewing, but I don't care. The Gyoza was perfectly fried and very tasty. I ordered the Royal Pad Thai as my main dish. The rice noodles had great taste and the pepper steak had a good texture. Amazing. The Pad Lake U was also great, but I preferred the pad Thai. Great service!"

"We were excited to dine here. It’s my 16 year old son’s birthday weekend and he wanted Ramen Noodles. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to take him. We got there after 12:30pm today. "So dissapointed with the whole experience. Made a reservation for my friends and I. One friend works crazy hours and it was the other 's bday so we were very much looking forward to this day. Once arriving we were told our reservation wouldn 't be honored because they were closing for maintenance. They said they tried to call but they called a wrong number. I did not receive an email, either. They seemed like they couldn 't care less. Barely apologizing and didn 't care that it was a friends birthday dinner that was being ruined. I do not believe it was closing for maintenance I think the restaurant was just DEAD and were losing money so they closed down."

"There were four of us and the restaurant was pretty open yet they wanted to put us at a very small (as far as I’m concerned )2 person table right near the door and it was pretty chilly out. Not only that, if we ordered 2 appetizers, we were screwed as far as surface area! We could’ve easily been put anywhere else before I had to ask to change. The service was marginal; the man that took our order was very curt with me. I noticed that when everyone else said thank, he would say you’re welcome but when I would say thank you he wouldn’t say anything at all. It was very uncomfortable and I would imagine not many people say thank you to begin with from what I’ve seen. And then I had ordered edamame and I had to ask for it twice and he was rude when he brought it over and said I know you already asked for it! I should be able to eat my food the same time other people are eating it and not 10 minutes later after I have to ask for it twice! He needs to definitely learn better Customer Service; this is usually a family favorite of ours and I’m not exactly sure I’ll be coming back because of that marginal service. The least someone can do is say you’re welcome and smile when someone says thank you. And not make somebody feel badly because they’re asking for part of their freaking dinner. I have to be honest, my friend paid for the dinner because if I did, I would’ve left just a 15% tip. I normally leave a 25% tip! But he was not a good server at all."

"P. F. Chang's has, to my mind, a well deserved reputation as an awesome place to dine out, andvto get take out. Their prices are a bit higher than Chinese food elsewhere, but both the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and wonderful staff have me coming back as often as I can. When my girlfriend graduated Nursing school, we took the entire family and decended upon P.F. Chang's and had a wonderful time eating great food, with people we love. It was awesome and despite our large group (14 people or more, I forget) and a three year old with us, the staff went into overdrive making certain we had everything we needed. There was no shortage of hard working staff keeping us fed and happy. I highly recommend it!"

"Before my daughter went back to college after winter break, she requested P.F Changs. I made a 6:45 reservation earlier in the day and we arrived right at 6:45. Upon arrival, we checked in and the were quickly told they don’t see our reservation. We were told to “prove it” so I showed the email confirmation to ensure it was the correct date and time. I also showed the app confirmation. The hostess just said she would put us on the list and it would be 20-45 mins. We said that we had a reservation and just proved it and she said I will add you to our list and it will be 20-45 minutes. We stepped outside to wait confused by why they wouldn’t honor our reservation. We should have asked for the manager but stood outside to wait. After 20 mins of virtually no one getting sat we opted to leave and not remove our name to see how long it would have taken. Guess what, we never got the text alert! I don’t like their food to begin with so now I’m done with them. It was so disappointing that we couldn’t take our daughter there the last night before she left out of state for college."
