"We had a reservation. When we arrived, we were told they were only offering a $35/pp buffet. No other menu option. No kid’s menus. Waffles were ice cold. Asked for more, they were cold and syrup was cold. I don’t mind paying for good food and good service. I never expect anything for free but I do expect what I’m paying for to be hot/warm and come with competent service. The dining room was empty. Host could not figure out how to cancel future reservations. Not a good experience. Our breakfast bill was $115 and they still could not figure out how to provide warm syrup and warm waffles. I regret the only full service restaurant in the Westin did not value my time or my money. I will spend both elsewhere next time."
