"to be at the border of the old town and the northern freedoms, is amazing that we are in an oasis in what is not too high, but with great closeness to all the pleasantities of being in the city. it is easy to drive to north to nolibs and fishtown, and it is also just a few minutes walk from old city, society hill, jump arts and center city (and more). we loved living here in the last three years. we bought our pre-COVID site after we looked all over the place in the city. from where we were before, we felt as if the prices were quite a deal (in retrospect we would have tried to negotiate something). the HOA fees are more than fair for a building with concierge and gym. the only complaint I have is that people with outside space do not pay any higher HOA fee. in most other buildings they would. the personal when we came in was great, and although there was a turnover (before the writing), the staff is currently fabulous and I hope they never leave. this is one of the quieter large buildings in which we have also lived what a bonus is. from home it was nice not to distract too many sound. we love living here. most neighbours are friendly. it is incredibly pet-friendly and it has now also opened a solid caffe on-location (be well spring). we look forward to our future time here!"
