"So, Italian Cafe was one of our favorites up until just now. They’ve changed their menu pricing and now don’t offer side salads with entrees COMBINED with higher prices. One of our favorite things about Italian Cafe is that it’s a whole meal for one price. Good food, reasonable price, salad and garlic knots included. Well, I don’t know if it’s because of supply chain issues or inflation or both, but they’ve decided that now a side salad is an additional $4.50 instead of increasing their entire menu prices by a percentage to compensate for losses. Not only that, but as of right now, June 11, 2022, their website is under construction so that you can’t see the changes, the restaurant doesn’t even have printed menus with the new changes, the online ordering apps HAVE BEEN updated though with the new ‘salads not included’ pricing, as well as a super limited menu. Lasagna is NOT on the DoorDash menu, as well as any veal dishes and seafood except salmon. Who has an Italian restaurant and doesn’t offer lasagna or baked pasta like manicotti, stuffed shells, RAVIOLI for delivery? We had to call the restaurant to order what we typically do through the app, PLUS an extra $13.50 for side salads because they are no longer included (as a side note, on the DoorDash menu, you can choose to order your side Caesar for $4.50 or $5.50 depending on where you select it). We absolutely LOVE the food here, but I do not appreciating the handling of this business transition to recoup costs. We all understand having to change with the times, but keep your original business model in place and offer complete meals for a reasonable cost and your full menu for delivery options."

"I enjoy Italian food and often seek out restaurants that serve pasta when I travel. The menu at this restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a good selection. Like many kitchens in the USA, they tend to use too much pepper, but they are willing to adjust the seasoning upon request. The atmosphere is casual, similar to a restaurant in Moscow called Il Patio. Italian restaurants can be found all over Los Angeles."

"This place may not be gourmet, but the quality is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The delivery is fast, and we have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered, whether it be pizza or sandwiches. They are very consistent."

"We order at least once a month since it started with Doordash (because of transport) and the food is ALWAYS delicious and serving great for the price. The staff is excellent, polite and very accommodating. Recently, if the Dash driver left half of our order in the restaurant and did not react to communication attempts from us OR the restaurant staff and the Doordash app would offer only credit or a refund, THE RESTAURANT OWNER HAPPILY DELIVERED THE MISSING FOOD(fresh boiled)TO OUR DOOR HIMSELF!!!"

"As of 9/3/22 this is the single worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. I was verbally accosted by the bartender accusing me of being a regular customer that complained every time I came and my wife and I haven’t been here in at least six months or more. This used to be our favorite date night place, and tonight was a celebration of my wife’s new job. The service took over an hour plus with half the house customers leaving while we were there. We ordered appetizers for our mains to make sure we weren’t too straining for the kitchen as it was slammed when we showed up. After being verbally assaulted by a singular bartender from staff we paid our tab and left feeling completely gobsmacked by the way we were treated. Cannot recommend this place to anyone in Tulare who wants to bring a friend or family to what used to be their favorite restaurant in town."

"It was Saturday 7 a.m. and there place was near home, booked a reservation for 7:30; Restaurant was not packed, but after our long wait for only water and bread, we realized that other tables also wait for different things, as we later said that the staff called... Our food experience lasted a long two hours we rode along some understanding in view of a episode stop and excuse from the hostess. With a reservation system like OpenTable on site and the well-known Unterstaffing in-house, I think the reservation system should have been updated to adequately serve the tables/guests who could support existing staff. Management does not get a passport. We decided to give Tutti another chance as if the staff was sometimes unstoppable, they were nice and the food was delicious. We'll come back, but not again, if the two. Let's get a double stroke."

"When I first entered, I asked for a plane window and was told it was $3.? You know in new york if it's not a dollar, then it's a no. Anyway, I still paid for the disc, and when I told them it was worth it, it was really worth it. Great customer service, had a nice conversation with the young man who he is really nice and polite. Anyway about the pizza, this disc really filled me and tasted fresh not like these $1 discs. jankee pizza slices taste like a high quality pizza that doesn't even lie. the crust was crispy, not to burn, but perfect. and I noticed they have different sizes of cakes that is so brilliant. in any case, stop here more often."

"I visited Paradiso Trattoria for lunch. We were greeted by the “salesman on the street” who is a common practice among the restaurants in Monterey. He showed us the special menu, and when we decided to enter, he accompanied us inside and led us to the hostess. Guests enter the dining area through the bar area that was empty on Monday. What I immediately noticed was the fantastic view of the Bay of Monterey. Windows line the width of the restaurant and the building is just 1 story above the beach and water. The decor is a rich colorful Mediterranean palate of decorations, pictures lighting. The music was a soft Spanish style that fits well with the ambience. We sat on a window table from which we enjoyed watching kayaks and sailboats through the bay. Tables have white paper over the top of bed linen tablecloth. Ours did not seem to have changed since the previous guest, and it was not quite clean. The lunch menu offers a variety of choices, many of which were seafood. The Specials menu offered 4-5 choices of duck and soup or salad for $9.95. My guest and I wanted something local – one of us had the Rockfish Special and the other had Sand Dabs. These are similar textured fish that have been produced identically. I found the fish more fried than armoured, and personally tasted more of the fish than the dough, but it was good. The duck included spaghetti and green beans to go with the two generous fillets. The spaghetti was not buried in sauce and the green beans were gently seasoned. There was so much food that I skipped the appetizers. My guest had the special that included a salad I found good, but dressed over. Our server was pleasant and the bus participant efficient. From observing the tables around us, the waiter seemed to fight to maintain and maintain order. The waiter did not introduce the specials, nor did he separate on the menu we considered. He was only there to take our order and answer questions. We didn't want to go without something sweet, and I'm glad we split. The chocolate mousse was served in a high Sundae glass, making it more than enough for both of us. In the end, my guest and I left the feeling that we had made a good choice. The food is good, and the view, decor and value are great."

"The food is delicious. If you ever make South style dishes like using your grandma, that is it. You have the best collars and cabbages I have eaten everywhere. No need to cook them if you can order as much as you want for events or pots. The fried chicken and chicken and pastries are absolutely delicious. Cheese biscuits are made of scratches and oh so good. Staff and owners are so friendly. Ms. Abram came by and spoke to us and made us welcome. My parents often go and I will be happy to come back to my next visit to this area."
