"I don't understand why this restaurant only has 3 stars. My experience here this evening was fantastic. I ordered the chicken Marsala and it was incredibly delicious. The buttery pasta and garlic bread rolls were also amazing. The flavors were strong but not overwhelming. My gluten-free friend ordered the chicken piccata and loved it. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was friendly. There was plenty of seating and a small bar. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"Hi I am a customer that has been going to the store for years... I am writing this email.. to say what huge improvement .. the store has been extremely clean the employees seem to be much happier... The service is much faster...... I haven't seen the the other lady in the deli... That was so angry at times.... Glad to see there has been improvement to you store.... Your manager and her team has done a great job. I am from Spencer NY..... Been working in the Ithaca area for over 30 yrs as a business owner...."

"The delivery was amazing food was hot,$16.00 for the wings was no thank you the quality of Buffalo Wings were not what I would pay for again in looking at the picture, my nephew is a growing boy he ate them . pats 2 Large Cheese Pizzas is uniquely a Pats thing . The Banana Pudding ypur taking a chance with these spots as you dont know who is making it there are some awesome Jawns out there . Thank you."

"happy cow helped us find nypd pizza; a place where we have passed many times, not to see that they had vegan pizzas on their menu. next to the good pizza was the staff very friendly and the service was great."

"I usually give this place 4 stars, but today 1 star. Food was good just the service sucked. The guy that was bringing food to all the tables was very helpful but the girls behind the counter were dragging there feet. Our beers and appetizers came out 20 minutes apart the pizza was much later. What pissd me off that i left a 16%tip before the food and drinks came out."
