"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered between 5pm-5:30pm. However, by 6pm, my order still had not arrived. After calling the restaurant and being told my order was on its way, I waited until 7pm with no sign of my food. When I called again, I received a rude explanation about the busy drivers. By 8pm, I was told they had no record of my order. This kind of customer service is unacceptable."
