"I am unable to reply to your false claims, so I will edit my review instead. First of all, my pants did not get stuck, but your plate dug into my leg. The so-called small scratch left an ugly mark with a deep cut. When I asked for neosporin or a bandaid, I was told they do not keep first aid supplies on hand. I then requested ice. I did not thank you, but rather requested a remedy for this unsafe business practice. As for my fiancé paying, he accidentally overpaid. When we asked for the bill, you simply stated an amount that we were unsure of, and you kept the extra 20 dollars without helping with the injury you caused. Your lies and confusion will not change the fact that we regret paying for your lack of responsibility and respect. If I could give negative stars, I would. Your tables are broken and dangerous. Using a metal plate to number a pool table is ridiculous. The broken plate cut my thigh and hand, leaving scars. When I showed the injury, a man (presumably the owner's son) came with pliers to remove the plate, but offered no relief or compensation. This establishment is run by horrible, unethical, and greedy individuals who do not care about their customers' well-being. A department should shut down such a dangerous business run by sick people. They should be held accountable for injuries without the need for costly legal action."
