"People were very friendly. I stopped by the Natural Bridge location to pick-up chicken for dinner. My thoughts were it would be fresh. Not so....I was served old dry chicken and the Manager was the one packing the box and I was serving old chicken. Let's just start with getting rid of the Managers and than reevaluate the staff. If they need to go to ....so be it..get rid of them all"

"We pulled up at 5:35 Christmas Eve. We stayed in the drive thru waiting to order. 2 cars ahead of us and 3 behind us. At 5:48 a worker came out of the establishment locked the doors and got in her car. The hours online were until 6pm. She drove by us when leaving and rudely said we are closed and drove off. I get it’s Christmas Eve, but if the hours say you close at 6 then you close at 6. If you’re closing early tell people instead of making them sit for 25 minutes trying to order dinner for their family."

"I have to lunch for my temple college enkelin. the food and service was excellent, we visit the restaurant as often as possible. the window person was very professional and took brittanys, order in less 5 min she was on her back to tjc. she made a comment about it, wished that instead of an order they had made it a double order because their older sister, olivia wanted a part of her lunch. I had to remind them of the grandmother rule, never ask, or touch the church chicken special of the day."

"My boys beg me to bring this home to eat every time I visit St. Joe. They would quite possibly die for the spicy chicken! I prefer the original and have to say it is quite delicious. Four stars because I usually order the family pack with two sides 'enough to feed a family of four '. One package of French fries will in no way divide into four servings that will satisfy a teen aged boy! Food is delicious, service is fast and polite."

"Not impressed. Extremely hot muggy inside with little or no AC available. Staff seemed very unorganized running all over the place. Couldn't really tell who's cooking who the cashier's were. I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner with a large lemonade. Even with the heat of the interior, the chicken chicken skin was cold dried, like ceramic tiles. Like it'd been over cooked hours before. Lemonade had no ice tasted funny. I'll never go back. Waste of money."

"The middle-aged woman with the blue scrunchie and glasses definitely needs a job not in the food industry. I was the only one there and it was very apparent they were not prepared for the lunch rush. No acknowledgment, explanation or apology on the long wait for my two items. Everyone has off days but that doesn't mean you take it out on the customer... overall, disappointing and I'd go to a better location."

"they didn't have the 1/2 barbque huh, but it was on the menu board. they said they had no honey, honey, or butter. So we went with our food, but came in the car and realized that they did not give us our tees. I went back and stood there for about 2 minutes, while three people spoke in the kitchen. Finally, a guy came by and said he had just made new tee. what turned out to be a total lie, because I and my mother had to throw it off ours because it tasted like it had been sitting for days."

"My food is always hot, fresh and full of flavor. The kids working the drive thru both during the day and in the evening are wonderful. They always keep their cool during rushes and do their best to make sure everything is good for their customers. I did ask for some sauce for my sandwich and I was told by some guy in the back that I could only get sauce if I got tenders. The kid in the window did apologize for that rule."

"Food is hot, everything is almost perfect, but we sat in this drive for a few minutes to ask SPICY TENDERS, and after the back and forth we finally got the confirmation that they had spicy offers; YET I was still given regular unpicy calls. Next time you just don't say... Your food is good enough that you don't have to lie. How hard is it really to give someone the right order? I work as a cook. So your business has to try harder. I start thinking that people working for fast food are incompetent, they cannot read an order, do not give correct order or listen very well. It is now expected that if you get fast food, there will be some like crooked. You forgot cookies."
