"I was really looking forward to eating at this restaurant. I have a mixed opinion of Andres. We had the 3 course prefix dinner, we chose to add an appetizer of shredded short rib with pasta and white beans. When it arrived it had chunks of steak, not short ribs, the sauce throughout need salt. The salad course was delicious. The NY strip steak was cooked properly but there was a tendon that made the steak hard to chew. The mashed potatoes were the worst, they had no flavor at all and over processed so as to make the potatoes gummy. The spinach was cooked perfectly and dessert was great. I won’t hurry back there since it is pricey."
