"I am far from a picky eater but I was disappointed. I asked for the eggplant parmesan (which was $20! . I noticed a notation on the menu that stated extra sauce was $1 for 4 Oz. While I was a bit surprised by that, I never ask for extra sauce because I've never not had enough at any restaurant. My meal arrived and the eggplant was very thinly sliced and very bready. But what really got to me was there seemed to be no sauce on my linguini. I had to get what little there was from the eggplant parm. I finally gave up, decided I would fix it at home and asked for a box. Then to add insult to injury, I went to the cashier and was told that I had an extra charge because I was using a credit card. There was no advance warning of this on the menu, just an unpleasant surprise when I went to pay. Then I was told it was because the owner said that we get rewards for using credit cards. I also have a membership fee and a very high percentage for unpaid balances, but I don't get to use those charges as tax deductions as business owners are allowed to do for credit card expenses. At the very least, notations of this upcharge should be included on the menu so that people have a choice as to whether or not to use the establishment. I won't be back.
