"this place is just bad. Customer service....what customer service? I went in and it looked like the staff behind the counter had a family meeting. they did not realize that someone of their customers at all! did not forget that a customer came in and the manager christian did not visit this person to mention that he gave him a record free while we had to pay. customer service sucked, eating was cold, gravur was clumpy and rough, personal was throwing dings on each other....this place and his workers do not care about the name they make for themselves. never again!"
