"The Toad earns five stars based on stamina alone the SW corners of Broadway and North Street for over 30 years, while other restaurant locations in the neighborhood over several times. It also survived the closure of the nearby Boulder Community Hospital's Broadway location for many decades. The place meets from the traditional English public house both in decoration and in food and beverage offers. The selection of beers on the design is excellent, including gems such as Old Speckled Hen. And besides a very good selection of hot sandwiches, burgers and many others, pubs like fish and chips are on offer. (Does recommend this. Unlike a real pub, however, there is table service!"
