"Travelling from Charlotte, NC decided to stop here. I had seen it suggested by locals via Instagram. They did not disappoint. The amount of food for the price is unreal compare to what you would get at a charlotte soul food spot. They were out of a couple of items, but that's always a good thing to me. It lets me know that they don't overcrowd a freezer with frozen goods. We had 2 orders of the whiting. (One with collars and mac and the other with mac and yams . I personally had the yams, and they were . The fish was also freshly cooked and plentiful. Wasn't expecting so much. My son had the jerk chicken alfredo. He loved it although, he did say it was on the spicy side for him. (He was hoping for a bigger serving, but what kid isn't? My wife ordered the jerk chicken and yellow rice with mac and greens. She started to order a plate to go. lol. Great customer service, and we will definitely stop again."
