Ultimately, they removed the bowl from my bill and I received a complimentary dessert as well. I don’t blame the waitress at all; she was placed in a difficult position due to her management's lack of support. Nevertheless, I'm uncertain if I would return to this restaurant, given the evident lack of attention to food safety. The value for the price just doesn't seem to be there anymore, and frankly, I’m not interested in the possibility of having to eat a napkin again!"
