"I had a decent dinner, but the prices were a bit higher than I expected for a diner. The fries could have been crisper, but overall, the breakfast plates, burger, and fish tacos were all good. Definitely try the special shakes – they are fantastic in terms of presentation, size, and flavor!"

"I stopped in for lunch yesterday with a friend. Our experience was a 10 out of 10. I'm not easy to make happy. I don't complain to the management, I just don't go back, if I'm unhappy. We were seated right away, with menus. That doesn't happen until the waitress comes along, usually. Our server was very knowledgeable, and with a great demeanor. That's important! She took our drink order, and brought bread sticks back with it, in only a few minutes. Our food was brought straight from the kitchen, by someone from the kitchen, .No sitting on over heat lamps. Our meals were delicious, and we ordered two more entree's to go! We also stopped and grabbed a couple of pieces of the cheesecake, and though the price seemed a bit steep, $9, when we ate them last night we could only eat half. The manager there has to be doing a fantastic job, to keep the place running so smoothly. We'll be back, with friends and family!"

"Decent food if you're in a hurry but way too expensive per pound. The other day I got one of their smaller containers of a small scoop of mashed potatoes and some slices of beef. I wasn't really hungry, but I have to take my meds with a meal. Combined, it was about the equivalent of a saucer, if that. The small container wasn't full at all. $15.00!!! If I'm going to pay that kind of money, I want a full-on meal. But I will say their food is good, especially their soups."

"I visited this place last night for a late birthday dinner for my sister, it was her first time! our server, gabriel, was fantastic! he was very attentive and made sure that our drinks were full and made sure that he informed us about all the current menu items that were not available and new ones that were not yet included in the printed menu. he was very friendly and patient with us while we decided which cheesecake we wanted to take home. "Always summarize a good/solid experience in the cheesecake factory (one of my favorite business chain restaurants). highly recommended to book a reservation in advance on yelp because it can be overcrowded. bar seating in the regular also available if they prefer not to wait for so long food- 4 stars quite extensive menu, but I would probably choose for their hamburger and cheesecake as their best options. the bark is so juicy that it tastes that they grind the meat in the house. try them to get away from the steak entrée options service- 4 stars the server were always quite solid when I am here. pretty fast and thorough. the only knock is at the hostess station. "Alright, where do I start? The seating was uncomfortable. We were seated very close to 2 other sets of guests the table was really small. After we were seated it took 10+ minutes for our waitress to introduce herself and ask if we wanted to start with any drinks. I ordered a lemon drop a sprite. The sprite tasted horrible, like a dishwasher. The food itself was actually pretty good, the only reason I’m even giving a 3 star rating. I probably will try a different location in the future."

"So the first waiting period was 1 hour 20 minutes to get in. Then drink for 15 minutes. The waitress was great. Appetizers came in 20 min. The food lasted an hour. There were large gaps for 4 people between each get food. At least 20 min for all to get food after the first plate. My son got his Cheeseburger and Pommes and they were completely cold and had to be sent back. I have the Hibachi Steak and Wasabi potatoes. It was terrible and floating in oil. It may only be my taste buds, but I didn't like it. Wife got flat bread pizza and loved it."

"Drinks: The Strawberry Infused Margarita was a light and enjoyable summer drink, though the strawberry flavor wasn't too strong. The Coconut Mojito, on the other hand, was amazing and my favorite drink here. It was refreshing and the flavors of coconut, mint, rum, and lime blended perfectly for a satisfying experience. This will definitely be my go-to drink from now on. Food: The Spicy Cashew Chicken dish was a bit disappointing as it was dry and didn't meet our expectations of a high-quality restaurant. We ended up sharing the Chicken Madeira instead, which was filling and full of delicious flavors that made us want to keep eating until we were stuffed. The Stuffed Mushrooms were also worth trying, with each bite being delicious. Don't skip the Bread and Butter, it's complimentary and worth indulging in. We took a slice of the Oreo Cheesecake to go, and it was absolutely delicious. Service: The service was decent, though some of the staff seemed a bit unhappy to be there. "I want to start saying how amazing our server was, but I choose to let his name out of the review to not bring him into trouble. this oversight is nothing against his service because he went beyond and beyond to help us. the cheesecake factory manager not so much. my friend ordered the filet mignon meal cooked medium. when the plate came to our table, it was cooked in a very rare medium and had a large piece of fat on the edge. we are not the kind to complain, so that he continued to eat what he could eat from the piece. about a third of the way through the steak he realized that the rest was absolutely not cooked. at this place noticed our server that he had stopped eating, and realized how the rest of the meal was undercooked. he quickly brought the meal back into the kitchen, and the only offer she made was to cook the rest of the meat left. for an established restaurant like the cheesecake factory I would have expected a far better solution for the problem. for a $38 filet mignon, we will spend the extra $12 and head to the capital grill next time."

"Today was my birthday and I also celebrated my last day of chemo. I always go to this restaurant to feel special on my birthday. Today, I was with my sister-in-law and my niece, and we were served by a super sweet waitress named Michaela. I told her the two reasons we were there, and at the end of the meal, the kitchen staff came out with a lovely piece of cheesecake. On the plate, it was written: "they are a fighter!" Everyone was so kind, and I was so moved and impressed. When we wanted to pay, Michaela said, "don't worry, it's on us!" I couldn't help but tear up and hug her. I believe there are angels among us or ordinary people can become angels for a few minutes, doing special things.
