"We were left waiting for over 15 minutes to be seated as two different hostesses walked past us without acknowledging us. Eventually, we seated ourselves but after waiting an additional 8 minutes with only four other customers in the restaurant, we decided to leave. As someone in customer service myself, I know the importance of a simple greeting in providing good customer service. Running a business in a small town relies heavily on word of mouth, and unfortunately, this was the second disappointing experience we had at this restaurant."
