"I have celiac disease, and I tried CPK because I heard about their new celiac pizza options. It turns out, I walked out the restaurant having not been poisoned (a rarity when eating out). Even better, the host explained to me the difference in the options for people who are making a choice to be gluten-free vs. people who have celiac. It's rare that a server knows that celiac disease is real, much less that they treat me seriously. That said, Nick and Zach were really great about the whole thing, didn't roll their eyes like a lot of servers do. I wish more restaurants treated their customers with food allergies so kindly."
