"rays eat a steak. there is no ambiente – no styling, no dimming light, no leather stands, no music, nothing at the walls. they have a limited bar; I asked if they could make a gin and tonic and they were able to do that, but the waitress implied that it would limit what they could take. that's okay if what they're interested is eating a steak and not one of the others. the steaks were good, and kartoffels and framed spinat come as side automatic, with a fairly standard list of other sites available al la cart. for the first time, the setting was a bit surprising, but the meal itself was really good."
