"We were seated quickly and it took about ten minutes before our server arrived to take our drink order. She basically forced us to order all our food at that point. We got crab cakes as an appetizer and both had fillets for entrees. She brought our drinks about ten minutes later and we asked if we were going to get any bread like normal…are you keeping track of the time? She said yes they would ring us some. Forty minutes after that our entrees came out by the food runner who we then asked where our appetizer was and he was shocked we never even got bread. So at ten o’clock we finally got some food for our nine o’clock reservation. Server was not even apologetic about it. She just acted like it was normal that they sucked so bad. Dinner cost me and the steaks weren’t cooked right but after the long wait I wasn’t about to send them back…will never recommend this place to anyone"

"Stayed here at previous gencons 2022, 2023. The location is great with the connection to the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucus Oil field (Colts). But then it stops. Elevators are slow to say the least, stay low and use the stairs. The breakfast was overwhelmed by patrons and the kitchen couldn't keep up. 2024 Stopped in for a gaming session in their ball room. Sat in the lobby for a moment. The host was rude at the resturant when asking for silverware, the bar was more accommodating. Overheard several groups talk about the food not being great. Doesn't seem like they've improved with staffing."

"The Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort Spa said we needed reservations to dine in this restaurant. We made our reservation and when we arrived at the restaurant, there were only a few seats at the bar and a single man at a dining table. Perhaps the idea of needing a reservation before you eat in this restaurant will bring potential guests."
